A Blue Badge is beyond my reach leaving me, at times, between the devil and the deep blue see.
I can walk unaided some 400 yards. On occasions in Witney, near Oxford from the nearest normal parking space it can stretch to Boots the chemist. The however is that it can mean a taxi back to the van.
Walking to the platform and back to continue attempts at getting the scooter out was just within my capability with rests.
