The interaction between 10Web and Alan Harrison (AFH) started mid March. Ruzanna may be doing her best. However, the system must improve.

Several requests have fallen on deaf ears.
On 7 April I was informed that

has been "migrated" to https://www.ailooksatai.com/
- So far all that new site shows is a constant circle of the same text sometimes shown on various pages.
- More than several links result in "Oops! That page can’t be found."
- Deep Dive AI Modules https://large-whippet.10web.cloud/# may be the "Drop-down" block at the foot of the Home page here.
- However, 10Web only shows 4 sections the original to-be-migrated site only shows 5 sections. No sign of original text.

- All links within the Menu button reach nothing less than repeated rubbish compared with the site to be migrated.

- Featured Videos on a page show "Removed".
- Nowhere on site 1 is there any mention of sign up for a course. I am appalled at 10Web using me to promote its courses.
- 10Web has been informed of AFH's age and potential lack of ability within the www sphere.
- He has repeatedly requested to be connected to an agent with no success.
- He has informed 10Web of the money he has spent so far. 10Web must show much much more for that sum to be justified. It takes money first and may say it has been taken second. No amounts stated.
